Free and Easy Organic Low Salt Butternut Squash Sweet Potato & Turmeric Soup 400g is supplied in a recyclable tin
Vegicatessen only uses recyclable packaging for all shipments. We use either shredded cardboard or a compostable polystyrene alternative inside of our boxes and all of our tape is recyclable gum paper tape.
Whilst we make every effort to work with suppliers who are also aligned with our environmental ethos, occasionally we do receive non-recyclable packaging with our stock. In an effort to ensure safer shipping and reduced product handling we may on occasions send our packages out with the original supplier packaging. This can both improve our delivery service and avoids adding waste to landfill unnecessarily.
There is no longer a requirement for non-recyclable packaging in the online shopping industry and we intend to set the standard where environment impact is concerned.

Butterflies have taste receptors in their feet which are 200 times stronger than human taste buds. When they land on plants, they use these sensors to see if the plant is edible.
