Produced in an allergen controlled factory, each mix is dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, nut free, soya free and refined sugar free.

Gluten Free Plain Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Chickpea Flour, Egg Replacer (Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cream of Tartar, Xanthan Gum, Methylcellulose), Raising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Sea Salt.

My Packaging

Recyclable cardboard outer, mix enclosed in sealed plastic film to prevent moisture.

Vegicatessen only uses recyclable packaging for all shipments. We use either shredded cardboard or a compostable polystyrene alternative inside of our boxes and all of our tape is recyclable gum paper tape.

Whilst we make every effort to work with suppliers who are also aligned with our environmental ethos, occasionally we do receive non-recyclable packaging with our stock. In an effort to ensure safer shipping and reduced product handling we may on occasions send our packages out with the original supplier packaging. This can both improve our delivery service and avoids adding waste to landfill unnecessarily.

There is no longer a requirement for non-recyclable packaging in the online shopping industry and we intend to set the standard where environment impact is concerned.
