This bee-friendly honey alternative from the Plant Based Artisan offers the fresh and sumptuous taste of the Southern Mediterranean. The aromatic flavour profile offers a natural honey flavour and the crisp floral notes provide a refreshing aftertaste. This vegan honey alternative is perfect with just about everything that can benefit from a touch of sweetness. You can cook with it, spread it on warm toast, drizzle over a fresh vegan pancake, swirled through your bowl of porridge or bircher muesli or blended in to a homemade salad dressing. Containing prebiotics which are defined as non-digestible food ingredients that feed probiotics.
We love this one as a baking ingredient and prefer the flavour profile to maple syrup.

My Packaging
Vegan Honea from the Plant Based Artisan is supplied in a recyclable glass jar with a metal lid.
Vegicatessen only uses recyclable packaging for all shipments. We use either shredded cardboard or a compostable polystyrene alternative inside of our boxes and all of our tape is recyclable gum paper tape.
Whilst we make every effort to work with suppliers who are also aligned with our environmental ethos, occasionally we do receive non-recyclable packaging with our stock. In an effort to ensure safer shipping and reduced product handling we may on occasions send our packages out with the original supplier packaging. This can both improve our delivery service and avoids adding waste to landfill unnecessarily.
There is no longer a requirement for non-recyclable packaging in the online shopping industry and we intend to set the standard where environment impact is concerned.
